The Sierra 800 is a great screening solution for openings up to 108” wide and 96” tall. It is activated using a child safe operating wand. As a beautiful addition to your structure, Genius’ retractable screen retracts in and out of a protective cassette so that you can enjoy an unobstructed view when the screen is not being used. No spring cleaning! Simply pull down your new Genius retractable screen and enjoy the outdoors!
When keeping the bugs out isn’t enough, we upgrade to the SheerWeave® screen. This solar screen material controls sun glare, protecting furniture and fabrics without sacrificing the open feel of traditional fabrics.
The exposed surface area of the fabric is flexible. Therefore, when the pull down retractable screen is not being actively used to protect people, or when it is windy, then it should be retracted. Windy conditions may affect the performance of the screen. Retract the screen in windy circumstances, during inclement weather, when not needed to support immediate ventilation, or prolonged periods of time when not used.
